These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Property Desk Manager mobile application ("App") operated by Neuvo WebTech LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Property Desk Manager, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may provide. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Property Desk Manager is a property management application designed for small hospitality businesses in India. The App provides tools for managing bookings, guests, rooms, food and extras orders, invoices, payments, and related operations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must verify your email address to activate your account.
  • One account per email address is permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue creating bookings and managing data. You can still view your existing data after the trial expires.

5. Subscription

  • After the free trial, a paid subscription is required to access write features (creating bookings, adding guests, recording payments, etc.).
  • Read-only access (viewing data, reports) remains available even without an active subscription.
  • Subscription plans, pricing, and durations are as communicated through the App or our support channels.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes related to property management.
  • Ensure that any guest data you collect and store through the App complies with applicable data protection laws.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Not use the App to store or transmit any malicious content.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding hotel registration, GST filing, and guest record-keeping.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App, including property details, guest information, booking records, invoices, and financial data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

8. GST and Financial Disclaimer

The GST calculations provided by the App are based on standard Indian GST tariff slabs and are intended as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GST calculations for tax filing purposes. You should verify all tax calculations with a qualified accountant or tax professional before filing returns.

9. Invoices

Invoices generated by the App are formatted documents based on the data you enter. We do not verify the accuracy or legal compliance of generated invoices. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • Your subscription has expired and has not been renewed.
  • We detect unauthorized or abusive use of the App.
  • Required by law or legal process.

In case of suspension, you will retain read-only access to your data. You may contact our support to resolve any account issues.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your data including property details, bookings, guest records, and invoices will be permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, network issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the App and its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions.

14. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-entered data), is the intellectual property of Neuvo WebTech LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

15. Client Reference & Logo Usage

By creating an account and using the App, you grant Neuvo WebTech LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use your business name, logo, and general description of your use of the App in our marketing materials, website, client listings, and partner sections. This permission is granted for the purpose of identifying you as a user of Property Desk Manager. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us in writing at [email protected], and we will remove your information within 30 business days of receiving your request.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
