This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the Property Desk Manager mobile application ("App") operated by Neuvo WebTech LLP ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Free Trial
Every new PropertyDesk account comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether PropertyDesk is the right fit for your property before making any financial commitment.
We strongly encourage all users to fully explore the app's features during the trial period. If PropertyDesk does not meet your needs, you can simply stop using the app at the end of your trial with no charges incurred.
2. Subscription Payments
After the 14-day free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using write features of the App. Subscription plans are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month durations.
Once a subscription plan is activated and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. This is because:
- You had a full 14-day free trial to evaluate the app before subscribing
- All features are available during the trial, so there are no hidden capabilities locked behind a paywall
- Our subscription plans are priced affordably and the commitment duration is clearly communicated at the time of purchase
3. Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds on activated subscriptions, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error
- Unauthorized Payment: If a payment was made without your authorization and you can provide evidence of the same
- Service Unavailability: If the App experienced a prolonged outage (more than 7 consecutive days) that significantly impacted your ability to use the service during your subscription period
- Billing Error: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us:

- Include your registered email address, phone number, and details of the payment
- Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund

5. Refund Processing

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. If you do not renew:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry, you will retain read-only access to your existing data
- You will not be able to create new bookings, add guests, or record payments until you renew
- Your data will not be deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
